•Oversee Operations Post-Harvest
•Manage drying and curing process, Implement and monitor environmental controls
•Maintain sanitary environment in all operations spaces
•Efficiently manage trimming of product by processors
•Oversee sterilization and sanitation of equipment
•Coordinate with Compliance to ensure proper procedural steps are followed
•Maintain a proficient knowledge of industry standards for IPM
•Oversee and manage disposal of waste material
•Management: supervising a team of 10 employees
•Organization: ability to gather, track, and report on agricultural information obtained during harvest
•Creativity: ability to develop and document SOPs
•Communication: communicate efficiently and effectively with managing partners
•Sitting, Standing, Climbing ladders, Carrying objects, Fine motor skills
•Ability to adequately focus on very small objects and observe fine detail
•Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds
•Occasionally work in wet or humid conditions, in high places and outdoor weather conditions; exposure to vapors or airborne particles
•Available to work 40+ hours per week on site in Greenfield, MA and occasional weekends if requested
